It was a beautiful fall morning in the Ozarks!  God had blessed us with another reminder of his power and might as I drove towards Ozark, MO, to meet up with the newly formed Southern Missouri Chapter of the Christian Crawlers 4x4 Club.  Being a Missouri resident myself, I was eager to make new friends in my home state.

Forever Forgiven Off-Road gathered along with members of Bluegrass 4x4 and itsajeep.org for a fall ride at Turkey Bay OHV Area in western Kentucky.  Turkey Bay is a 2,500 acre park with over 100 miles of trails located in the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, controlled by the US Forest Service.

I had been anticipating the Central Overland Summit for months and as the October days grew shorter and the Autumn colors of Northwest Arkansas developed into their full glory the time arrived to pack up my newly acquired M416 trailer and rooftop tent for a few days of off-roading and camping in the beautiful Ozark National Forest in and around Jasper, Arkansas.
