New Beginning Run

Over the past few years, we here at C4X4 have put emphasis on a New Years Run that we refer to as the New Beginning Run.  We have traditionally been making the trip over to Disney, Ok. for this run but this year decided to dance a different dance.

This year our long time friend and photographer Brian Davis wanted to celebrate his birthday and go to the Big Red Off Road park near Macomb, Ok.  So in short C4X4 just tagged along with Brian and the group and made this a joint run.  More>


Red Dirt Jeepers Give a Helping Hand

This past week C4X4 had the pleasure of teaming up with the Red Dirt Jeep crew to help out one of our local good causes.  The Gateway Women’s Center in Yukon, Ok. helps out young women that have became pregnant.  They give them counseling about the alternatives to having an abortion.  They supply these young women with assistance such as diapers and formula.

Backcountry Adventure - Part 2

 Everyone was up and fed by 8:30 and we were back on the road (or off-road) by 9:00.  As we rolled along a dirt road that paralleled Big Piney Creek, we were greeted by large boulders standing guard over this beautiful body of water.  Just a short way down the road we happened on Carwash Falls.  This time of year I was doubtful if any water would be flowing over the falls but there was just enough to experience the water fall as it dropped from about 50 feet overhead right onto the road as we drove under the falls. Kennedy Family Update from Ethiopia

In life with Christ it seems that God continually places us in situations of total dependence on His strength and grace.  This has felt like our life over the past few months and has been difficult, but good.  God is faithful in every circumstance and I pray that hearing of His faithfulness, your spirits will be encouraged as well.  We know your life is also marked by discipleship, discipline and growth through difficulty.  So may the body be built up in love and good works in Christ as we sing his praises.
