Big Meats Run 2014

Yes, it is that time of year again.  The time when thousands of us Redneck drop everything we are doing and head to Disney, Ok for the BIG MEAT RUN.  Why do we do it?  It is surely not to go wheelin because it is one of worst times of the year to hit the trails and rocks in Disney.

Not because the weather is bad or the flood gates are open.  It is the worse time to go wheelin because you and everyone else that owns or can borrow, or steal or just hitch a ride in an off road vehicle is more>

Reflection from Ethiopia

It is one of my great joys here in Ethiopia, to participate with a church plant in a very poor and forgotten neighborhood. Most of the people coming are not what many may call part of a “target demographic.” They are poor. They are sick. They are rejected and outcasts of society. Many are single moms with HIV/AIDs, widowed grandmothers caring for their abandoned grandchildren, men who struggle to find stable employment, and all of us a mess in need of a Savior. More>

Hawk Pride March 28-31

The mist across the mountains, contain streaks of sunlight piercing the overcast sky, forcing our eyes toward the inescapable vista of the magnificent valley below. The main trail into the valley appropriately named ‘Big Hill’ is nothing less than a man made ramp over a cliff. You drive through a man made canyon of cut clay walls, and as you approach the next portion you cannot help but notice the sheer bluff to the left and right and begin to understand where the entire fill went from the cut. A new offroad parts company launched recently, not an earth shaking event as it seems that someone decides to get into selling or distributing parts every day.

There are some key differences in this company, however.  Rock River Offroad Inc. consists of three partners who have a lot in common.  Scott Thomley, Hank Sutherland, and myself, Larry Schwartz, are all members of the Christian Crawler’s 4 x4 Club of Northwest AR, and met through our association with ...more>

THREE GODS OR THREE ATTRIBUTES

Question from Muslim: Don’t you believe in three gods?  No! That would be blasphemy:
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!  You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.  Deut. 6.4
But you believe in a Trinity of gods.  No, I believe in one God with three attributes:
He is Eternal, All Knowing, and All Powerful.
