On our Project TJ, we felt that the TJ needed something a bit different, so we decided to create a completely custom interior dash, to do this, we contacted Duffy Ladd at "JeepTrix - Off Road Creations" to help accomplish this. We started by pulling out everything out - seats, carpet, seatbelts, and then the dash.

...

This was our first time pulling a dash out of a TJ so we were surprised that the dash was easily disassembled. After we removed the stock dash, the Jeep looked like it was pulled from the junkyard

Duffy then began fabricating or new dash. During the process, we were able to get pictures of the dash, however, since the dash is a "classic" JeepTrix design, we were asked not to display the pictures for you (but we were able to sneak one of the shots just before it was painted!). During the fabrication of the dash, we had a full rollcage fabricated to keep the family safe.

...

So, after a several weeks, the dash was completed.

......

It turned out to be the perfect design for the TJ. When your sitting in it, you feel like your piloting the cockpit of an F-16 fighter, complete with 16mm machine gun and rocket switches! Our switches have not been setup yet, but we will have our special James Bond accessories setup soon enough!
